Today I wanted to share a super easy “no bake” style cookie! This recipe literally calls for 4 ingredients and you probably have everything you need. Start by mixing 1 1/2 cups of Peanut Butter with 1/2 cup of honey. Stir in 1 1/2ish cups of oats and 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips. I say 1 1/2ish of oats because you might need a tad more if the dough is too sticky. Mix till combined then scoop out into cookie bites. I just throw these in the fridge and snack on them all week!
